Interim Executive Director

We are looking for an inspired and motivated Interim Executive Director to build strong community relationships, managing fundraising opportunities, achieving strategic planning goals, and guiding program delivery.

Reporting to the Stewardship Pemberton Society Board of Directors, the ED’s primary functions include fundraising, developing and deepening key partnerships, leading long and short term strategic and operational planning, overseeing the care of the One Mile Lake Nature Centre, financial responsibility, and employee and contractor management.

● Schedule: 20 hours/week, year-round, with flexible hours.

● Location: This role involves a combination of remote office-based work and community based activities around Pemberton.

● Compensation: $35-37.50 based on experience.

● Contract term: April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
